Do I need all three products?
No. Most businesses start with Front Desk, then add Autopilot or Web later. The free audit will tell you which one makes the biggest difference for you.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live in about a week. We spend the first month fine-tuning based on real conversations, and most of that happens without taking up your time.
How does the assistant know about my business?
We build it from your own information: services, prices, hours, policies and the questions you get every day. It only answers from what you've approved, and we update it when something changes, like seasonal hours or new rates.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer someone will follow up shortly and texts you a one-line summary. Refunds, complaints and anything unusual always go to a person.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers from information you've approved, and anything it isn't sure about goes to you. We review conversations every month, and if something's off we fix it that day.
Will my customers know it's AI?
If a customer asks, it tells them it's your automated assistant. Most people just care that they got a fast, correct answer.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in, and Autopilot messages to customers or crews can go out in English or Spanish.
Does it work with the software I already use?
Usually, yes. We connect to common booking, scheduling and CRM tools like FareHarbor, Peek, Jobber, golf tee-sheet systems, Google Calendar and more. We'll confirm what you use during the free audit.
What about my customers' data?
Your customer information stays in your accounts. We only use it to run your setup. We never sell it or share it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Is there a contract?
There's a one-time setup fee and then a month-to-month plan. Cancel anytime. If you're seasonal, we can pause your plan over the winter.
